The Mediterranean diet is a way of eating that emphasizes fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains. Great for maintaining a healthy and balanced diet.

Auto-Immune Protocol

The Autoimmune Protocol, or AIP, is a specialized version of the Paleo diet. This diet takes anti-inflammatory measures a step further and eliminates additional food groups that could be sensitive to some.


A limited-cycle, full-body detox that eliminates common dietary inflammation triggers.
